18 years of age or older, valid driver’s license, credit card in your name, and signed rental agreement and waiver. If renting a trailer, an adequate tow vehicle and a copy of insurance of the vehicle pulling the trailer. Upload of one’s driver’s license and insurance is required for booking equipment.
Are rental items delivered or do I pick up?
Delivery and pickup is available in Sapulpa and surrounding areas. We deliver within a 30-mile radius and charge $100 each way.
When are rental payments due?
Full payment is due at pickup.
Do you have after-hours dropoff?
No, and rentals are rented out for a 24hr period. Late returns may incur additional fees.
What are your rental length terms?
Our rental length terms are 4 hours, 1 day, and 7 days. For longer periods, speak with management.
How do meter rates work?
1 day rental = 8 hours of operating time on the meter. Any hours over 8 will be prorated.
How do weekend rentals work?
We charge 1 day rentals if you pick up equipment/machine on Friday and return it by 9:00 AM on Monday.
What if I need to keep the equipment longer than expected?
Please let us know. We often have equipment reserved for others based upon their expected return.
Do I need to refuel the equipment after using it?
If possible, yes. If not we we charge $6.99 per gallon of diesel and gasoline. The tank will be full when you receive it.
What about cancellations & Rescheduling?
At least a 24-hour notice required for a full refund of the rental charge.
What are my responsibilities?
Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. All items should be secured and protected from the weather. The Renter is liable for any damage or loss of equipment during the Rental Period. See Rental Agreement for further details.
Are Four Elements Equipment Rentals and Four Elements Grow Supply the same?
No, Four Elements Equipment Rentals is a separate entity and LLC; however, it leases space from within Four Elements Grow Supply.
